Hi, can you please tell me where my package is? Tracking number is EV019636686CN. My supplier has told me the flight had been cancelled. IS that correct? When will the goods arrive to my place? Thank you

Yes, it's correct. It was returned back to the seller on June 28. You need to require them to refund you in time.
