where is my package

It said my package was delivered to JUANA DIAZ, PR 00795, Delivered, Left with Individual -> Your item was delivered to an individual at the address at 11:53 am on October 24, 2022 in JUANA DIAZ, PR 00795.
My address is clearly on the order. I did not receive the package yet. How can I track this further.

Hi sai trinh,

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller can require China Post to do a formal trace investigation. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
