Where is my package? The tracking number is AQ317173887CN & I have not received an update about it since the package was received at the distribution center on October 25th. It’s been 21 days since an update.

Hi sierra_120,

It should be delayed due to the coronavirus situation in Wuhan City. I suggest you wait for another 10-20 days to see if there is any update. If still no, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution in time.
