It has been in the US since March 31, 2023 and no update since April 11th that is is in transit within the country.

If you couldn't get it for over two months, it may be lost. Please contact the sender directly to request the refund/reshipment in time. The seller will initiate a claim to investigate this lost issue with China courier. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
