Where is my package

I have a china post tracking number AS033511625CN it has said it has been delivered but I never got it. I have checked with the post office and neighbors and nothing I have contacted the seller and they say it shows its been delivered. I just want to know if I am ever going to find my package

Hi Candy3!,

According to the tracking information, AS033511625CN was delivered on August 10. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in the US. Then, use the number to check with USPS about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
