Package says delivered but in different city that's 4 hrs away I haven't received it

Hi ponce009,

As it's not deilvered to your address, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution from the seller as soon as possible. The seller can require China Post to do a formal trace investigation and give you a solution.
