Where is my package?

I would like to request some information of what location this delivery carrier uses when in Tustin, Ca since my package was supposedly delivered on Saturday 12/19/23 at 5:13pm however I received no package. The tracking number for this package is AT115910650CN. I would like to resolve this since I have another package using this same carrier and I would like to actually receive that package and not have it disappear just like this package. The second package that is on its way has the tracking number AT176545014CN.

My package is in US customs waiting for clearance. The package is to be delivered to Honolulu, Hawaii USA. However it doesn't say what city the package is waiting to clear customs. Is it in Los Angeles Customs or some other city in the USA.
