Where is my package?

Hello. Tracking says that my package was delivered friday, April 5. I have not recieved the package. Does it go threw Canada Post once it is in canada?
I'm trying to figure out how i go about finding my package.
Tracking number is AM769294762CN

I have a package coming from China Post with tracking AT015954627CN. When I look up the status of the package it shows delivered on October 13th.
