I would like to inquire about the status of my package.

Tracking number: ZA00400518401

According to tracking, the package has arrived in EINBAHNSTRASSE 04178 Leipzig. However, this road does not exist.

Could you please tell me where my order is?

Hi Christoph Müller,

In this case, you need to try to contact the seller to check it for you. If he doesn't reply, it may be a scam. We have found many sellers use china post parcel to ship some junk to another address. The shipping is real, but the parcel does not contain the goods you purchased and the parcel address is not even to your address either. You need to call your bank and report fraud to get refund asap.
