I have supposedly received my package. It shows "delivered", I have looked everywhere including my neighbours, there is nothing. I have contacted the seller which said there is nothing they can do, it is on you. Can you tell me where my package has been delivered? HBGJ0023325893YQ

We are only a tracking platform. The seller uses Hanbang Supply Chain (瀚邦供应链) to ship it. Tracking information shows it was delivered on July 15. If you don't receive it, you need to contact the seller to require them to contact Hanbang Supply Chain to check it for you in time.
