Where is my package?

Why has my package been stuck at the "Arrival at Processing Center-NY Buffalo DISTRIBUTION Center" now for 5 days? When I went there they said they didn't even have any package for me. Where is my package?

Hi Anvil9281,

You need to contact the seller to check which courier is in charge of delivering it to you in the USA and check what happends to it with your local courier.
