Where is my package

Tracking was available for my package at one time it finally said out for delivery but I’ve never received it and none of my local delivery services have seen it. Tracking number I was given is ZYD2387351860YQ. Now it says this tracking number does not exist.

I have a package coming from China Post with tracking AT015954627CN. When I look up the status of the package it shows delivered on October 13th.
