Where is my package

My parcel tracking haven't been updated for a couple of days now with the only latest update being from November 1 being stuck on this: "Hong Kong, express delivery processing center"
The tracking number is CT856869602CN
it is coming from mainland China to be delivered to Hong Kong

I have a package coming from China Post with tracking AT015954627CN. When I look up the status of the package it shows delivered on October 13th.
