Where is my package

It has not moved in 6 weeks and says to contact support team. Where is it please

It's sent by using China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus which is a cheap service of China Post. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for it after it moves for some days. So, you can't get more update.
If you couldn't get it before Dec. 26, better open a dispute on AliExpress to ask for refund or ask for the seller to send one again to you.

And it was ordered and sent 8 weeks ago now! Over 50 days ago! What’s happened to it

Probably but I want to know where the products gone to tell my customer so where is it? There’s no way it would take 6 weeks to get there and nobody knows what’s happened to it that’s ridiculous so can you give me any details

China Post doesn't povide tracking service for it. So, no one could know where it is now.
