Should I report company to BBB. I ordered product on 9-3-2019. UT206622423CN first letter U means its letter parcel . Which should be large freight.... says it's at this secondary processing facility in San Francisco... why is it there and not being out for delivery

It has been stuck at the US second processing center since May 22. To my experience, if it couldn't be delivered within a week after it's there, it will be returned back or still stuck there. This may be caused due to the address problem. You'd better contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution as soon as possible.
