where is my package?

Hi, my track number is RB809011271SG, it only says transit for 9 days now. Can I know where is the package right now? I’m concerned it’s a lost package because it never updates. When I can have my package? Thanks

Hi drakosickhd,

It's sent by Singapore Post. You need to contact Singapore Post to check it for you. To my experience, this kind of package couldn't be tracked.
