Where is my package?

I ordered something on the 1st of February and it has been “Departed from Guangzhou, sent to MAR（ Transit )” for 9 days now? What does this mean? When will i be getting my package?

Hi sherylvmc,

Your package was planned to left China on Feb. 11. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 10-25 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives.
