Where is my package?

Hello. The sender shipped my package on Feb 26, 2020 (supposedly) from ShangHai. I can’t track it past March 3, 2020 (still in ShangHai). Today is March 15, could you please update me on the whereabouts of my package? Is it in the US or not? Any information would be appreciated, thank you. Tracking LW534833695CN.

Hi ivonotei,

It has left China and is in transit to the US now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 20-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives.
