Tracking no: RV391150181CN has been stated as "Rached palce of arrival " three times now on 2 differerent dates- where exactly is my package and will will it arrive in Dublin please?

I have a package coming from China Post with tracking AT015954627CN. When I look up the status of the package it shows delivered on October 13th.
