Where is my package?

Can you please tell me when I might receive my package? It hasn’t moved since April 28th. Tracking number LY194538615CN.

Hi AliceL,

It has left China and is in transit to the US now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives after delivered to air transport. Please wait for more days to get update.
