Where is my package

I'm still waiting for my package it's been fifty days now and my package is still at the same location, I tried to contact the store that I brought my watch from, they keep on giving me an "automated message"
So I want to know where is my package, it been almost two months now and my package haven't move.

Hi JosephArmstrong,

Please provide the tracking number in order to check it for you. It may be delayed due to the coronavirus. If it couldn't be delivered in three months, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.
