Paid 45.00 to have items expedited, purchased 12/18 and still hasn't left China. Please advise. Thanks

It has left on Dec. 23. It usually takes at least two weeks to arrive US.

I've ordered several items before and have always received them within 1 to 2 weeks standard shipping. The seller promised me that I would receive these items within 4-9 days. That's was my purpose in paying an extra 45.00 to have them expedited. So with me paying almost 100 dollars you're telling me I get my items no faster than if I had only paid nothing for free shipping? Is there a reason it's taking so long?
