Where is my package?

Hello! I have tried to get a response from the seller and she is unable to give me a straight forward answer. This is the second package that is suppose to be delivered with China Post and I have yet to see either. One of them has already been refunded to me by that seller but the package I'm inquiring about now is this tracking number LY245239913CN. Could you please tell me where my package is, how much longer I would have to wait for this package, and what the new tracking number is if it has already arrived in the States please?
