OK, I've waited and waited, and your site says that the package has been in the US for a long time now, and that is was turned over to the US carrier, but I've received nothing, and the seller's site is no longer active. The shipment number is # AS404848985CN I must know what's going on so I can contact Paypal and make some resolution.

It's a right decision to open a case from Paypal. It's not normal that it's still not delivered.
