Hi, LX257779561CN was sent on the 16/01/17. It is not showing any tracking. Can you help me please!!

Hi Beastien,

Your tracking info was not found at present, the reasons may:
1: China Post hasn't got your package yet.
2: China Post hasn't scanned and entered your package tracking information into their system yet.

You'd better contact the sender to ask if he has sent it out in real. I don't think the sender has sent it.
