where is my package

I ordered an 8ft by 15ft shed back in June I have not received it yet. the last tracking info I got for it was on on July 13 (over a month ago) it says the package is in the secondary processing center in San Francisco. If it is in the US then why have I not gotten it yet when its been in the US for over a month now. I needed answers please.

Hi william Day,

To my experience, if it couldn't be delivered within ten days after it's at the US second processing center, it will be returned back or still stuck there. This may be caused due to the address problem. You'd better contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution as soon as possible.
