Where is my package?

I saw under the tracking it said “the airline is on the air” since 24/08/2020 and there is no new updates. where is my package and when roughly it will come?

Hi hannah_pham,

It takes about 20-60 days for it to reach after you see it on the air. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
