Where is my package

I placed my order in middle of November 2020. Tracking says it arrived in Vancouver on dec 24 2020. I still don't have it. Where is my package?

Hi Jessmalone,

It's not normal that you still don't receive it. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
