Package tracking number ZA04861968501 shows delivered but CCTV as residence shows this package was not delivered as residence cctv shows no such delivery was made to the residence.

My package says deliver on 6/6/26 at 15:23. My tracking number is ZA06368096201. I have cameras at my residence and there was no package delivered. I'm not sure who the local courier was. There was a delivery van across the road but not at my residence one hour previous to this time. However, they pulled up for 2 minutes and left without ever getting out of the van. Can you please let me know where it was delivered. I have already contact the company I ordered from.

The package in the tracker is showing delivered, but the delivery point on the map is south of my residence by a few miles. The tracker does not provide a shipper so I have no one locally that I can contact to review the delivery. The shipping address on the order is correct for my residence. Why doesn't the tracker show the deliver to address? Please review this shipment and provide feedback on what went wrong.
