Where is my package going?

My package shows it was in Vancouver out for delivery then rescheduled for next delivery now it's moving elsewhere. Never got delivered to me.

Hi M. Alexander,

If you want to get it, you need to contact the courier in your country and change the address. If the delivery failed, it will be returned back in most cases.

I have a package coming from China Post with tracking AT015954627CN. When I look up the status of the package it shows delivered on October 13th.
