I have not had an update on my package since the 3rd of september but I paid for the quickest method of delivery and I was promised 7 days at the most. It has been at least 10 working days now so I am getting concerned. Can you provide any updates?

Hi Imogen,

It hasn't arrived in China. If it's not delivered in time, you need to contact Royal Mail to check it for you.
