The package was sent on October 13 and officially left Algeria on October 22. However, it does not appear on your tracking website, and there have been no updates for several weeks.
Could you please help me check:
1. Has the package arrived in China?
2. Is it currently held at customs or at a local post office?
3. If it has arrived, what is the expected delivery process?
