Where is my package, stuck at ISC New York

CP419974733CN is the tracking number, it has been stuck at the facility listed above for almost 2 weeks, is it stuck in customs or what?

Hi Jeff,

When it arrives in the US, it's delivered by USPS. You need to contact USPS to check it for you as soon as possible.

My packages has not updated in about eight days since the shipment was marked as leaving the process senter from new york to florida. It should not take that long for the package to arrive and was wondering if there was any update or information you could provide.
