Hi Samuel,

Airline start shipping on Nov.16. It usually takes about 20-60 days to have update showing it arrives in UK after airline start shipping. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

Can you please help me figure out what could be the issue? my parcel which i shipped through ems-hz 60, has been stuck on
Aircraft Arrival,Aircraft Arrival (Arrival at Destination) for 18 days now. this is absolutely not normal, as many other parcels are passing customs in my country and it seems mine is stuck. seller is being very un cooperative, and not helping to investigate what's going on with my parcel. In your experience , what could I do to resolve this? I Am shipping to YYZ btw
