As you don't provide the tracking information, we don't know status. If it shows delivered in tracking and you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

Hello,
I sent my parcel from France to China. Here is my French tracking number EW164969719FR, and here is my international tracking number 051003011776116496971101156. Unfortunately, I cannot find any information about this parcel on the website. On the French Post website it says that since August 31 the parcel has been ready for delivery, but it has not been delivered yet. Could you please tell me what the problem is and what I should do to ensure the parcel is delivered to the recipient? The address and phone number are correct. Thank you.
