Where is my parcel, says it’s delivered but nothing at my house !

It says may parcelwas delivered but I have not received it,so what’s happened ?

Hi Pat Clay,

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller can require China Post to do a formal trace investigation. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

My parcel from jjs house says it’s still in the sorting office. It’s supposed to be delivered tomorrow (what it says on jjs house), however when I track it it’s saying it’s in YHT Shanghai sorting office. The tracking number is: JJD0002230082203774.
Can anyone update me with a delivery date please?
