Tracking number XCSU001398034BO. It says this parcel was delivered. It was not. This parcel was resent as it was supposedly delivered a month before but again did not arrive. What company was this parcel handed over to for delivery in Christchurch New Zealand? Where is the proof of delivery which is what happens when we receive a parcel?

My parcel seems to be stuck for the last 2 weeks saying the following -
It appears to have been sent on 3 flights and the last one was 25/5 but no update since then. Is it lost? Normally when I use this seller it takes 2-3 days to fly to he UK but I am worried its lost as its never been delayed like this and there is normally an explaination.
