Hi, my package has been stuck at the Guangzhou destination before shipping to Canada since Sept 05. It hasn't moved- shouldn't it have been on the plane by now? Can I please get an update of where my packages is?

Hi acs,

There is no update for it after September 5. It's still stuck in Guangzhou now. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If it's stuck there for a long time, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.

Hi, I'm very confused by all of the recent updates. I thought that this would be on the way to Canada by now. Can you please help explain where it's going and how long it might take? This is getting a bit ridiculous.
