A package was sent via USPS on2/27/20. It arrived China on 4/1/20. However, recipient continues to tell me that they have not received the package.

It was delivered on May 7. If the receipient doesn't get it, let him check his phone number to see if there is any notice on May 7 to let him pick up at somewhere. Or, he can contact the postman (call 18988900419) to ask where it is.
