Ordered in January we are now in May. The seller keeps saying they checked with you and that it has been sent but every time I check the tracking there is no movement and the date is the same please look into this and tell me where is my package. LW565589001CN Is the tracking number. Thank you.

It has left China and is still in transit to the US now. It should be reached within two months. If you couldn't get update in this week. I suggest you contact the seller to give you a solution in time.
