My parcel is shipped form Australia to Hong Kong. Australian tracking says “Cleared and awaiting international departure GUANGZHOU (CN), CHINA” since 10 March. The tracking number is “ LK143287754AU”. How long will it take for China post to process and hand the parcel over to HK Post?

I purchased a product from Amazon in December, which was shipped from China to Canada. The China Post tracking number is CP531421205CN. Unfortunately, I have not received the parcel yet.
I followed up with Canada Post, and they informed me that the tracking status still shows “Item mailed in originating country”, which suggests that the parcel may not have left China yet. The tracking information has not been updated since that status.
Could you please help check the status of this shipment with China Post or the delivery service and let me know:
- Whether the parcel has been dispatched from China
- If there are any delays or issues

I ordered a product online from china. The parcel was sent by China Post. The tracking shows that it was delivered. I have received nothing. I have checked with the local Post Office in South Africa. They have no record of parcel for me. I would like to get some information on where the parcel is. The tracking number is WUYOU0000214261. Could you please tell me who China Post usually use in South Africa so that I can try and locate the parcel.
