whereabouts of my package

MY package tracking indicate the following since 05/05/2022:
Seychelles, Arrived at Facility
But since then no update and I contacted the local post office and they say, haven't receive the package yet. SO where is the package exactly, is it in Seychelles or still elsewhere.
