Where’s my package

hi, tracking number AM775251372CN it is marked as delivered but it was not. it says that it was delivered on the 13th of April but the 13th is a Sunday and there are no deliveries happening on Sundays in USA by our USPS. i would like to know where the package is?, with whom it was delivered in USA? please help investigate as the sender does not help because he states that the package was delivered.

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller could open a case to China Post to check where it was delivered for you and provide you the proof. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
