Where’s my package?

I ordered my package on feb 8 and since March 17 the tracking has not been updated. Just wondering if my package is still coming? I’ve never waited this long for something before.

Hi Kels Jess,

It's not normal that the package was shipped on Feb. 8 and is still not delivered. You need to contact the seller as soon as possible to get refund.

Are you able to take a look at my tracking info and see if it’s possibly still coming? I should have mentioned in my last post that I ordered it on feb 8 but it was not shipped that day. Here’s my tracking # LO860847064CN

Hi Kels Jess,

I suggst you wait untill May 20. If you couldn't get update in tracking information showing it arrives in Canada, it's not normal.
