Where’s my package?

It has been over a month since the package states it in in Shenzhen, China. Had it left China? Or how long should it take to get to me from there? Haven’t heard any updates or anything.

LY190266378cn Is my tracking number. I have had no updates in over a month. Last I heard my package was in Shenzhen,China. Is the package still on its way?

It's still stuck at Shenzhen Bureau now. The time for it to move again depends on the processing time of China Post. Please wait for more days to get update. If you couldn't receive it within the promised time, contact the seller to give you a solution in time.
