I'm trying to get a price to send a package of 7 ounces (200 grams) from Nashville, Tennessee 37216 USA to:
Quynh Ngoc,
Quynh Phu Thai Binh 410000
The UPS website asks for the city in China the package is going to. Which of the above is the city?
And... what would be the least expensive way to send?

410000 is the postal code for Changsha city in China. Your address is not in detail. It couldn't be delivered. You need to contact the receiver in China to provide the detailed the address and the receiver's phone number is a must. Without the phone number, it couldn't be delivered as well. You need to ask USPS to ask for the least expensive way to send.
