which Tracking number should i follow ?

Hi;
i have a 2 tracking number from only one product.
S00000137460109 this tracking number belong to shipping cost.
PR083046498YP this one my product tracking number.
So which one should I follow? And what's happening to my package .as 17track say it delivered in China but I'm in turkey so can you kindly help me.

Hi Ptufk449,

PR083046498YP was returned back to the seller and the seller has got it on May 24. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.
