Tracking shows this as delivered on 7 Dec but I never received it. This was an amazon order so I know the address was correct. Once a package enters the United States, who is responsible for final delivery? Also is a local tracking number generated by the US Carrier?

My package keeps saying ready to Spence from carrier from China to the United States shows a plane it's been like that for a couple weeks now do I need to be worried about my package and how long will it take to reach the United States and how do I find out where my package is if it's in transit on a plane or the Steeler China or if it's made it to the United States

We have not received a package that was sent via China Post, to our address in Florida, United States. The tracking site says the package was delivered, but it did not arrive at our residence. We have the China Post tracking number, which is: ZA03814739901.
The issue is that when the parcel arrived in the United States it was transferred to another carrier, possibly: USPS (United States Postal Service); UPS; FedEx; DHL; Purolator or some other delivery/carrier service. We have tried to find the package, but the China Post tracking number does not work here. We have been trying to find out who the local carrier was that received the item and a local tracking number. We need to know who the carrier in the United States is and the U.S. tracking number. Without a local tracking number all carriers and the post office cannot track the package. The China Post tracking number is not useable in the U.S. Can you assist with finding out who the local carrier is and a tracking number. The company we bought the item from is completely useless and not helpful at all. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
