The delivery tracking page shows that the merchandise has arrived at my delivery address, however, this is not true. I have not been able to contact the shipping company because it appears that the tracking page you shared corresponds to an intermediary and not to the shipping company directly.

I ask that you contact the company in charge of last-mile delivery to request proof of delivery and verify where and to whom the merchandise was delivered.

Can you please tell me why is it so hard to get an answer to what delivery company delivers my parcel. It said it is delivered. It was not, living in a locked apartment...you either get a call, or delivery notice. Tell me where the parcel goes once out of YTO distribution center, calgary. I'm horribly upset. Just point in a direction
