Which local delivery service was used

My package keeps showing it's out for delivery, but never gets delivered. Now for the last two days there have been no more updates. Can you possibly tell me what's going on? Or can I have the name of the local company being used for the delivery? That way I can try to assist them.

Hi Sh,

In this case, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller could open a case to the courier to check what happends to it. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
